There are always opportunities to make new friends and learn new skills at Autumn Leaves
Our staff plan a varied and enjoyable social calendar for residents, in the sensory room or the games and activities zone, located in our spacious lounge area, set below a beautiful glass ceiling through which you can see the sky, stars and birds. Our residents also enjoy time gardening and relaxing outdoors.
We encourage a full and active lifestyle where friends, relatives and guests are always welcome.

Staff support service users to with shopping and preparation of appreciate meals of choice . Special dietary needs and personal preferences can always be catered for. Where capacity is lower meals can be prepared for Service users.
A fundamental part of daily living for residents is the activities in the community and in the home at Autumn Leaves.
- In line with the service users’ care plans and risk assessment we take time to work with them to build an activity time table of their choice.
- We work with them to identify new interests and encourage them continuously.
- Where capacity is limited, we are able to use our skilled knowledge to understand needs and interests and build a timetable for them.
